Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe the AI Growth Engine and related consulting services offered by NovaDash. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the Site, or submit false or misleading information.

No Guaranteed Results

Statistics, growth figures, and outcomes referenced on the Site (such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or retention percentages) reflect illustrative results from prior client engagements and general industry benchmarks. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results for your business. Actual outcomes depend on numerous factors specific to each engagement.

Not a Service Agreement

Submitting the contact form or otherwise inquiring through the Site does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, or contractual obligation between you and NovaDash. Any AI Growth Engine deployment, scope of work, pricing, and deliverables will be governed by a separate, mutually signed engagement agreement.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the NovaDash name and marks, is the property of NovaDash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure, including hosting and email delivery providers, to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party service providers outside of our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
